I’m Katie, a certified Infant Sleep Consultant and mum of two beautiful boys, both born after the age of 35.
I’ve been fascinated by infant sleep for over six years - devouring research, reading more than 20 books, and training for three years to become a certified expert, so you don’t have to spend months searching for answers.
Like most babies, mine hadn’t read the rule book on sleep, and they were determined to push me to the brink of exhaustion. By the time my eldest reached nine months, I was broken - struggling through sleep deprivation, navigating the emotional toll of disrupted nights, and trying to return to work while feeling utterly incapable of functioning.
During pregnancy and maternity leave with both of my children, I faced redundancy twice. After finally returning to work, I was side-lined from key projects, denied progression, and forced into reduced hours.
The tiredness wasn’t just physical - it was career-defining. It shaped the way I was treated in the workplace, chipped away at my confidence, and forced me to take another path. That’s why I founded Little Dreamers Sleep Co. - to help other parents over 35 build a solid sleep foundation for their baby and reclaim control over their return to work.
