Why I needed to find the solution to sleep deprivation


I created my sleep coaching program because I’ve lived maternal burnout.

During my own maternity leave, I was drowning in sleep deprivation. I felt like I was failing at everything - motherhood, work, even basic functioning. When I returned to work, things didn’t get easier. I was side-lined, overlooked, and eventually made redundant - not once, but three times. Each time chipped away at my confidence until I barely recognised myself.

I remember sitting in meetings, trying to contribute, but my brain felt foggy and slow. I questioned my value, my voice, and my ability to be the professional I once was. And I knew I wasn’t alone.

So many mums were telling me the same story: “I’m not myself anymore.” “I dread bedtime.” “I feel resentful, guilty, and stuck.”

These weren’t just sleep struggles - they were emotional breakdowns disguised as nap schedules. And no one was offering a solution that felt validating, strategic, and emotionally intelligent.

So I built one.
